So the same casino hotel can have really nice rooms in one tower, and very average rooms in another tower, which is why some rooms cost more then others. In an Atlantic City casino hotel, usually all the rooms in a particular tower are of the same quality (except for Suites). At a normal hotel, usually all the rooms are of the same quality. In so far as the Trop goes the West and Chelsea Towers are not nearly as nice the North/South/Havana Towers.
